The industry has been solving the wrong problem

For years, outbound teams have been sold warm-up as the fix. Warm-up is one signal among many. It improves early delivery rates, then crumbles as you scale and as campaigns mature toward the point where they actually generate revenue.

Meanwhile the bar moved. Gmail and Microsoft raised sender requirements twice in two years. AI-generated outbound is flooding inboxes and training new filtering systems. Sender reputation is more fragile than it has ever been, and it degrades quietly: no bounce, no error, just a slow decline in replies that looks like a copy problem, or a list problem, or a market problem.

Set up your DNS once, run a warm-up cycle, trust your sequencer. That approach stopped working. Deliverability is not a task you complete. It is infrastructure, and infrastructure needs managing.

How Folderly manages deliverability

01

Diagnose

We audit every layer that decides whether your email is delivered: authentication and DNS, domain and IP reputation, content and sending patterns, list quality, and how each mailbox provider is currently treating your domains. You get the specific reasons your email is failing, ranked by impact, not a health score with no explanation attached.

02

Fix

Your specialist works the root causes in priority order. Authentication records corrected. Damaged reputation rebuilt. Sending patterns restructured around what providers actually reward. The list problems that keep re-triggering filters removed. This is hands-on remediation by someone accountable for the result, not a checklist handed back to your team.

03

Monitor

Seed-based placement testing runs continuously across every major provider, so a change in how Gmail or Outlook treats your domain shows up the day it happens. Alerts reach you in Slack or email while it is still a small problem, instead of surfacing three weeks later as an unexplained drop in replies.

04

Compound

Because reputation strengthens with consistent, well-managed sending, teams on Folderly see performance improve as they scale. That is the opposite of what happens to teams treating deliverability as a setup task they finished last quarter.

What the platform covers

Authentication and DNS

SPF, DKIM, DMARC and BIMI configured correctly, then kept correct as domains, sending tools and infrastructure change underneath them. Misconfiguration here is the most common cause of sudden, total delivery failure.

Reputation monitoring and repair

Domain and IP reputation tracked across every major provider, with active remediation the moment a signal degrades. Reputation is the slowest thing to rebuild, which is why we do not wait for it to break.

Inbox placement testing

Seed-based testing shows where your email actually lands across Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and the rest. Acceptance by a receiving server tells you nothing about whether a human will ever see the message.

Email validation

Validation that checks ESP-specific filters and email protection tools, not just whether an address is syntactically valid. Knowing who you can actually reach protects your reputation and stops you paying to email people who do not exist.

Blacklist detection and delisting

Continuous monitoring across the blacklists that affect B2B sending, with delisting handled for you. Most teams find out they have been listed from a prospect, not from a tool.

A named deliverability specialist

One person accountable for your outcome, not a support queue and not a dashboard you are left to interpret alone. This is the most common reason our enterprise customers stay.

Who this is for

Roles

Sales, GTM and revenue leaders

You own a pipeline number, outbound is a material part of hitting it, and right now you cannot confidently say what your sending infrastructure is costing you.

Company profile

B2B SaaS & tech forward firms

Scaling tech companies, running active cold outreach or large scale email marketing, with a plan to increase sending volume this year rather than hold it flat.

Trigger

Reply rates fell and nobody can say why

Or nothing is broken yet, you are about to scale, and you would rather find out now whether the foundation holds than after the quarter it costs you.

How this compares to setting it up once

Most tools help you get set up. What matters is what happens in the months after.

How continuously managed deliverability compares to a one-time setup
What changes The usual approach With Folderly
Getting set up You configure it once and hope it holds We set it up, then keep it right as your stack changes

Email deliverability platform FAQ

What is an email deliverability platform?
A deliverability platform manages every layer that determines whether your email reaches the inbox rather than the spam folder: authentication, domain and IP reputation, sending patterns, list quality, and continuous inbox placement testing across providers. It is distinct from a sending tool, which moves the message, and from a warm-up tool, which influences one signal among many. Folderly sits underneath whatever you send with and manages the infrastructure those tools depend on.
How is this different from an email warm-up tool?
Warm-up affects one signal, and it affects it early. It does not correct authentication errors, rebuild damaged reputation, fix the list quality that keeps re-triggering filters, or tell you where your email is actually landing. Its effect fades as volume rises and campaigns mature, which is precisely when deliverability starts costing you pipeline. Folderly manages all of those layers continuously rather than influencing one of them once.
How long before we see results?
Diagnosis is fast, usually within the first days. Remediation depends on what the audit finds. Authentication and configuration errors can be corrected immediately, while rebuilding damaged domain reputation takes weeks, because reputation is earned through consistent sending rather than switched on. Across published case studies, teams that arrived in crisis recovered an average of 70 percentage points of deliverability.
Does this work with our existing sequencer and CRM?
Yes. Folderly manages the infrastructure underneath your sending stack rather than replacing any part of it, so your sequencer, CRM and ESP stay where they are. Integrations cover the major providers B2B outbound teams use, and adding Folderly does not require changing how your team sends.
What does it cost?
Pricing is per mailbox, so it scales with the size of your sending operation rather than with company headcount. The right figure depends on how many mailboxes you run and whether you need the deliverability audit or validation service alongside the platform. A demo is the fastest way to get an accurate number for your setup.
Do we need a dedicated specialist, or is the software enough?
The software surfaces what is wrong. The specialist is what makes someone other than your team accountable for fixing it. Most deliverability problems are not hard to see once you are measuring properly, they are hard to prioritise and resolve while also running outbound. That is the gap the specialist closes, and it is the most common reason customers stay with us.
What happens if one of our domains gets blacklisted?
Blacklist monitoring runs continuously across the lists that affect B2B sending, so you hear it from us rather than from a prospect. Delisting is handled for you, and the underlying cause is addressed at the same time, because a delisting that does not fix what caused the listing only buys you a few weeks.
