The email deliverability platform for cybersecurity teams

You are selling security to people who filter everything

Security buyers sit behind the most aggressive filtering in the market. They run the gateways, they wrote the rules, and their organisations quarantine anything that looks remotely like the phishing they spend all day defending against. Selling to them means clearing a bar that most senders never encounter.

It gets harder. Security vendors write about credentials, breaches, exploits and urgency, which is precisely the vocabulary filters are tuned to catch. Content that is entirely legitimate reads as suspicious to a system built to be suspicious, and a slightly imperfect DNS setup is all the excuse it needs.

Warm-up does not solve this. It moves one signal, early, and it has nothing to say about how a security gateway scores your domain, your authentication or your content once you are sending at volume.

How Folderly manages deliverability for security vendors

01

Diagnose

We audit every layer that decides whether your email is delivered, including how the security gateways your buyers sit behind are currently scoring your domains. You get the specific reasons your email is failing, ranked by impact.

02

Fix

Your specialist corrects authentication, rebuilds damaged reputation, restructures sending patterns, and removes the list problems that keep re-triggering filters. In this category, authentication is not a formality, it is the first thing a security team checks.

03

Monitor

Seed-based placement testing runs continuously across every major provider, so a change in how your email is treated shows up the day it happens. You find out while it is still small, not after it has cost you a campaign.

04

Compound

A domain with a long, clean, well-authenticated history is treated very differently by a gateway than a new one. Managed continuously, that history becomes the reason your email keeps landing while competitors get quarantined.

What the platform covers

Authentication and DNS

SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured correctly and kept correct. Selling security with a broken DMARC record is a credibility problem as much as a deliverability one, and your buyers will notice.

Reputation monitoring and repair

Domain and IP reputation tracked across every major provider, with active remediation the moment a signal degrades. Security-adjacent senders get less benefit of the doubt than anyone.

Inbox placement testing

Seed-based testing shows where your email actually lands, including behind the enterprise gateways your buyers run. Delivery to the server tells you nothing about whether the gateway quarantined it.

Email validation

Validation that checks ESP-specific filters and email protection tools, not just syntax. Security organisations run spam traps and protective tooling that ordinary verification cannot see.

Blacklist monitoring

Continuous monitoring, so a listing is caught early. For a security vendor, appearing on a blacklist is not just a delivery problem, it is a conversation you do not want to have with a prospect.

A named deliverability specialist

One person accountable for your outcome, who understands how technical buyers and their gateways behave and does not need it explained each time.

Who this is for

Roles

Sales, GTM and revenue leaders

You own a pipeline number and your buyers are the hardest people on the internet to email. You need to know how much of your outbound is even arriving.

Company profile

Cybersecurity and security-adjacent software

Security platforms, infrastructure and tooling vendors running active outbound into enterprise security teams and the gateways they operate.

Trigger

Your best-fit accounts never reply

Not because the message is wrong, but because it is being quarantined before anyone reads it, and nothing in your sequencer tells you that is happening.

How this compares to setting it up once

Most tools help you get set up. When your buyers run the filters, what matters is what happens in the months after.

How continuously managed deliverability compares to a one-time setup
What changes The usual approach With Folderly
Getting set up You configure it once and hope it holds We set it up, then keep it right as your stack changes
Knowing it works You can see your emails were sent You can see where they landed, including behind gateways
Selling to security buyers Your own DNS is a credibility risk Your authentication stands up to the people checking it
When something breaks You find out when replies dry up You hear from us the day it starts slipping
Getting it fixed Your team works it out from a dashboard Your specialist fixes it and owns the result
Seamless integration

Cybersecurity deliverability FAQ

Why is it so hard to email security buyers?
They sit behind the strictest filtering in the market, often tooling they selected or built themselves. Their organisations quarantine anything resembling phishing, and security vendors write using exactly the vocabulary that filters are tuned to catch. Legitimate email gets held because the system is designed to be suspicious.
Does this cover enterprise security gateways?
Yes, and that is the distinction that matters here. A message can be accepted by the receiving server and then quarantined by the gateway in front of the inbox. Seed-based placement testing shows what actually happened rather than what your send log claims.
Our content keeps getting flagged. Is that a copy problem?
Sometimes, but usually not on its own. Content is one input among many, and filters weigh it against authentication, domain reputation and sending patterns. Fix those and the same copy often lands, which is why diagnosing before rewriting saves a lot of wasted effort.
How long before we see results?
Diagnosis is fast, usually within the first days. Authentication and configuration errors can be corrected immediately, while rebuilding damaged domain reputation takes weeks, because reputation is earned through consistent sending rather than switched on.
Does this work with our existing stack?
Yes. Folderly manages the infrastructure underneath your sending stack rather than replacing any part of it, so your sequencer, CRM and ESP stay where they are.
What does it cost?
Pricing is per mailbox, so it scales with the size of your sending operation rather than with company headcount. The right figure depends on how many mailboxes you run and whether you need the audit or validation service alongside the platform.
What happens if one of our domains gets blacklisted?
Blacklist monitoring runs continuously, so you hear it from us rather than from a prospect. Your specialist works through the cause with you. For a security vendor the reputational cost of a listing is higher than the delivery cost.
