Folderly score: new (more comprehensive) custom metric

We know how frustrating it is when your open and reply rates start to decrease, and you have no idea what has been done wrong or where to start. We're introducing Folderly's custom metric to evaluate mailbox health in a few clicks and give you a quick overview of your domain health, potential spam triggers, and best practices.

What's included:

1. Comprehensive dashboard: A wealth of valuable information at your fingertips. Be aware of your domain's health score and quickly spot any changes before they become major problems.
2. Upkeep progress bar: Stay on top of your game with a daily upkeep progress bar, ensuring your mailbox health is consistently optimized.

And, two exciting updates are on the horizon, scheduled for release already in the third quarter of 2023: Best Practices and Spam Triggers. These additions will further help you take care of your domain's reputation. 

Enhanced Template Editor

One of the leading reasons your emails land in spam is because of content issues. Folderly Template Editor is a powerful tool that helps improve the quality of your email templates with a few clicks. It analyzes email templates for spam triggers and provides recommendations for fixing them. 

Whether refining the content, previewing the final look, or saving the template effortlessly, the editor provides a robust set of tools to enhance the email creation process.  

Here's what's included:

1. Real-time issue detection and suggestions: As you change your template content, the enhanced editor detects potential issues in real-time. It intelligently analyzes the content and highlights areas that may need attention (before they become the reason for a spam folder).
   
2. Template name update and live preview: You can now easily update the template name directly within the editor. This feature allows for better organization and identification of templates.  
   
3. Character Count and Estimated Reading Time: The editor now displays the number of characters in the template content, giving you better visibility into the length of their emails. Additionally, it provides an estimated reading time, allowing users to gauge how long it will take for recipients to go through their email.  
4. Editing Capabilities for Plain Text and HTML Templates: The enhanced Template Editor offers comprehensive editing capabilities for plain text vs. HTML templates. You can seamlessly switch between the two modes, create and customize your templates according to your specific needs and preferences.

Enhanced Accounts & Members

The Accounts & Members feature is designed to provide you with greater flexibility and control over your team collaborations. Managing different projects or teams becomes effortless with the ability to create multiple accounts under your Admin profile. 

Here's what's included in this update:

1. Create Multiple Accounts: You can create multiple accounts within your Admin profile. Each account functions as an independent entity, allowing you to effectively manage and collaborate within specific contexts.
2. Manage People for Each Account: With the enhanced Accounts & Members feature, you can easily add and manage people for each account you create. This empowers you to foster collaboration and streamline management within dedicated spaces. 
3. Three Available Roles: Within each account, three distinct roles are available, each with its own set of credentials: admin, editor, and viewer. Control the rights of every team member to keep your email deliverability management safe and sound.
